Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. The information collected during the registration process, such as your email address and phone number, will be used solely for event-related communication and will not be shared with third parties. The ability to opt out of future Wondery Outdoors Events outreach will always be available. Payment information is secured and encrypted to ensure a safe transaction process.

Code of Conduct: We're dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof). We expect all attendees, staff, and volunteers to treat each other with respect and decency. Violations of this code may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.

Accessibility Policy: Our event(s) is designed to be inclusive and accessible. Please reach out to our team if you require any special accommodations.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: If the event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, attendees will be notified promptly. We appreciate your understanding in these instances. Refund policy for paid events will be illustrated on the event page and Eventbrite page, and available through the Wondery Events Team.

Photo/Video Consent: By attending the event, you grant us (Wondery Outdoors, The Parks Apparel LLC.) permission to capture photos/video of the event. These images may be used in promotional materials, online and offline, including our website and social media platforms.

Age Policy: Participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend the event. Please ensure you meet this age requirement before purchasing a ticket.

Refund Policy: If you're unable to attend the event, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event start-time. Please contact our team directly to process your refund.

Disclaimers: While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, attendees assume all risks associated with their voluntary participation in event activities. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

Rules/Regulations: We ask that all attendees respect the venue and its rules, as well as follow any additional guidelines provided by event staff on the day of the event. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event without a refund.
