Regrettably, this is an unfortunate consequence of high-volume sales periods as well as for weekend and public holiday order placements.Other reasons for additional delays may include our shipping partner itself experiencing a problem, or border and customs departments retaining shipments on international shipments. These events are unfortunately beyond our control. DELIVERED ITEMSWondery Outdoors is not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address was provided. Once the order is shipped and delivered to an incorrect address, Wondery Outdoors is no longer responsible for the package and will not replace the item. RETURNED TO SENDERFor US orders, if a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to the following issues, we can process a one-time free reshipment of your package. If a package&#x2019;s tracking information is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen afterward, Wondery Outdoors will assume the package has been delivered. A replacement can be processed only after you file a missing claim with the carrier. Once filed, please contact our customer service and provide the claim ID number.
