We do not allow refunds on sale items and bundles as they are on final sale. However, we do offer free exchanges for different sizes only (if still in stock). Please submit your exchange request through our Return Portal here.
If you received the item as a gift, you can initiate a return following the same return process. On the Return Portal, click the "Start Gift Return Here" and follow the steps. The sender's details are usually found on the package label.
